This is a lovely starter dish for those that love seafood. Both lobster and crab are paired with the perfect seasonings and sautéed to perfection for a delicate flavor to get your appetite ready for a fine meal. $18.00.

Spinach Salad with Warm Bacon Dressing

We recommend this first course to reset your palate. Fresh baby spinach is paired with a sweet and sour dressing made with bacon drippings, served slightly wilted and warm. $10.00.

Seared Tenderloin with Butter Poached Lobster Tails

This is a rich and decadent main course worth a try. The tenderloin has been dry aged which adds depth of flavor and tenderness. If you have not experienced the sweet perfection of butter poached lobster, here is your chance. This is the high end interpretation of the classic surf and turf. Sushi-Grade Sesame Seared Tuna with Gingered Rice

Although you can have your tuna cooked to order, we recommend having it rare for the ultimate in luscious velvety flavor. Perfectly paired with a sauce highlighting the Asian flavors of sesame and ginger for a nicely balanced experience fit for the most discerning of tastes. The Capital Grille’s History

Edward P. Grace III, known by friends as Ned, founded the first Capital Grille restaurant in 1990 in Providence Road Island. The original location was in a part of Providence that was somewhat run-down. However, it quickly established a loyal business clientele and was very successful within a few years.

Grace also owned a chain called Grace’s Bugaboo Creek Steak House Inc. and the Capital Grille became a part of that organization. It went public in 1994, and later became known as RARE Hospitality International, Inc. In 2007, RARE was purchased by Darden Restaurants.

As of 2014 there were 51 locations of The Capital Grille located across the United States.
