Popular Menu Items

Although Fleming’s Steakhouse is strongly focused on finely aged steaks prepared with classic techniques and attention to detail, you can also find a variety of seafood and chicken dishes on the menu. Small plates offer those seeking lighter fare an option to taste some of the great menu items in smaller portions.

Don’t forget that there are at least 100 wines available and the staff can help you find just the right vintage for your meal. Save room for dessert as well. You will be glad you did!

Here are some of our favorites from the menu:

Pan-Crisped Pork Belly

Those that love the salty task of bacon will enjoy this sophisticated starter dish that pairs the crispy saltiness of rendered pork belly with creamy grits infused with goat cheese served along-side a tangy sweet onion and dark cherry chutney. $16.50.

Modern Caesar

This is a fresh interpretation of an old classic salad standard. Fried capers and crispy shards of prosciutto add brightness and depth of flavor and texture. $9.50.

Seared Ahi Tuna

If you are looking for something on the lighter side, this dish from the Small Plates section of the menu is a winner. A spicy mustard sauce dresses perfectly seared Tuna served next to a fresh vegetable salad made with only the finest of seasonal ingredients. $17.95.

Dry Aged Prime Ribeye

Steaks are of course the showcase of the Fleming’s menu. They are expertly aged for a minimum of 21 days which enhances both flavor and texture. We recommend the 16-ounce ribeye for a decadent experience.

You can choose from one of several gourmet rubs and sauces to customize your steak experience. We love the Genuine Kona Coffee rub. $55.50.

Truffle-Poached Lobster

There are several options to add to your steak meal at Fleming’s Steakhouse. If you are looking for a particularly indulgent choice, try the Truffle-Poached Lobster. Rich, buttery, sweet and earthy, this is a very satisfying accompaniment to any of the delicious steak meals on the menu. $12.50.
